5th to 9th November 2014

Sensei Paul Simmons FKA Chief instructor and Sensei Anthoni Everitt FKA National Coach will be attending the World Championships to support the England Karate Team. Also, for Sensei Paul to follow World No 3 Natalie Williams who he is working with to prepare her physical preparation for this Championships.

FSK's Sensei Paul Simmons 5th Dan has been working with England's Natalie Williams since February of this year for the physical preparation needed for the European and World Championships. With 11 weeks left composing her training around training trips to Malaysia and Norway has been difficult but we hope that Natalie will peak for the championships between the 5th and 9th November.
