Training and Team Selection

Four members of FSK have been picked to represent Frontier Karate Association at the English Senior Championships at Ponds Forge.

The championships is on the 16th and 17th April and will be the last championships before Karate hears if it has been awarded a place at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

All have been in training with the seniors in heavy training through Easter in Brighton. The full squad attended training at KHALSA Dojo, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey with the rest of the Team.
