FSK students took Senior Dan grades at Heathfield.

Paul Johnson passed his Senior 4th Dan and Sensei David Thomas passed his Senior 2nd Dan.

Sensei Paul, EKF Board Member and Chief Instructor to Frontier Karate Association said how well they had done. A tough grade from both a technical and conditioning aspect.

The grade involved Kihon Gumite, Kata, Kihon, random knife attacks, original pairs, self defences, fighting, pad and shield drills and fitness.
