Black Belt Training was held on Friday night at FSK Heatfield in preparation for Association Dan grades in June and September this year.

The Dan grades worked in Kihon, Kihon Kumite pairs and Original Pair formations.

It was an enjoyable evenings training and another step towards their next Dan grade.
