TEAM FSK win two Bronze's at London International Open Karate 2010
Tony Flint and Ben Humphreys both won bronze in the Men's open weight on Sunday 30th May at the London International open at Seni at London Excel. they both won through to the semi-finals to finish third!

FSK’s David Thomas wins Bronze at the English National Karate Championships
David Thomas of FSK wins Bronze at the English Karate Federation National Karate Championships held at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield last weekend.
David Thomas fought in the heavyweight 14-15 year old division against the very best competitors in the country. With over 500 competitors over two days David Thomas who is coached by Paul Simmons and trains at FSK centre’s at Heathfield and Crowborough came through to lose to the eventual winner and take the Bronze medal.
A month after finishing third at the Regional Championships in Stourbridge, Birmingham. David came through a close quarter final fight and beat the current England Champion at -75kg.
Paul Ellis fought through to the Men's Heavyweight (+84kg) Quarter Finals but after winning his second round contest he endured a cracked rib and was unable to fight his Q-Final match.


Perry Dee and David Thomas win Bronze in Light Weight Men's and 14-15 year old Heavyweight division EKF Regionals, Stourbridge
Perry Dee won bronze in the lighweight division and David Thomas lost to the eventual winner at the EKF National Regional Karate Championships at Stourbridge on Sunday 21st March 2010.

Perry Dee Competing for FKA and FSK at the Dutch Senior Karate Open - 12-14th March 2010 - Rotterdam Holland
Perry dee is competing against some of the top fighters in th World at the Dutch Open in the lightweight division. The Dutch Open is part of the Golden League and will be fighting for this proestgious title that is one of the most coveted OPEN tiles on the International circuit and one Sensei Paul has competed in twice before.

Perry Dee is selected for England Senior Karate Team to compete at the Paris Open, Paris January 17/18th 2010
Perry Dee was selected by National Karate Coach Wayne Otto OBE to compete in the Men's Lightweight division at the prestigious 'Paris Open'. Perry will be competing in his first men's event for his country.

Perry Dee Wins Irish Open - October 2009
Perry Dee rounded up a great return to his competitive career with a win at the Irish Open in Ireland. The Irish Open is part of the Euro Grand Prix. Perry was fighting in the U21 Lightweight division. Perry is in the top two ranked at Lightweight in England and just narrowly missed his 1st England cap after final selections for the EKF U21 European Championships.
