FSK School, Academy and Workshops

FSK run very successful and enjoyable days we title 'Schools' for under 10's and 'Academys' for under 16's. They include an array of diffferent types of Martial Arts training and are run throughout the year.
 
These can be accessed by any of our members and have been very popular over the years for increasing the students enjoyment in Martial Arts, meeting new people and sharing experiences with fellow students. Students also get to train with different instructors.
 
We also run workshops for all of our students and in Karate, Kickboxing, Sport Karate, Weapons and Self-Defence. These workshops are spread through the year so that all students get a chance to train on certain aspects of their Martial Art and gain valuable experience in a variety of areas.

In 2008 FSK saw students travel to China to train with the Shaolin Monks at the Shaolin Temple.

 FSK Interclub Competition and Grand FSK Championships

FSK has a very long and successful reputation and history in competitve Karate. We run inteclub competitions and also a Spring and Winter Grand Championships per year. These are open to all students and the first stage to competing for FSK at National and International level.

If you progress and want to compete then Team FSK is the competitive squad of FSK both for all ages.
