Dan grade training with Sensei Paul

The FSK Dan grades trained with Sensei Paul and went through sweeping, kicking techniques and drills.

Working on long range sweeps at angles and double leg sweeping.

It was great to see so many of our dan grades,

Sensei David, Sensei Hazel, Alexandra, Joshua, Bayden, Jonjo, Finlay, Charlotte, Harry and Abbi.

Well done to all the Dan grades and look forward to seeing you all at the championships.
